I am passionate about change and love to find the best ways to create acceptance and adoption for new ways of working and using new tools. During my 20+ years as global project manager, I have also learnt how to adjust to the cultural differences between different countries.

eProcurement & Catalog Enablement

I have 15 years of experience in leading global eProcurement projects including the onboarding of catalog suppliers and driving the change with both category leaders and end users to ensure a successful adoption and automation.

Workshop Facilitation

My workshop facilitation is based on the agile workshop formats Lightning Decision Jam and Lean UX. You can also get support with customized workshops based on your needs. I have several years of experience in facilitating virtual workshops with participants from several countries.
